Where does Cisco Meraki product ship from?

Cisco Meraki product ships directly from Meraki's warehouse in California at the present time.

This is so that Cisco Meraki can manage the unique Cloud Managed Licensing Model, where each individual product is specifically licensed to an end user customer.

Why must I buy a licence with my hardware product?

Cisco Meraki's Cloud Managed Licensing model means that the customer must licence the use of the Cloud Dashboard, through which the products are managed.

The licence subscription includes all the software updates for the hardware for the term of the licence and a licence must be purchased for each device purchased.

It also includes access to Cisco Meraki's technical support desk and an advanced replacement hardware warranty for the devices for the term of the licence.

I can't find the Meraki product I want on your site  - do you sell the whole range?

Yes, we sell all of Meraki's products, if there is something that you need and its not on our site, please contact us for a quote.

What is the Shipping time for an order?

Typically an order will be processed by Cisco Meraki within 24 hours of receipt and transit time within the USA is approx. 2- 5 business days via road.

You should have your order on your doorstep within 3-7 days unless there is a stock shortage. 

What do I do if I have a DOA, Warranty or Support issue?

Cisco Meraki look after their own warranty returns and support. Call 415-4302-1203 for their support centre or you can log a case online here: Meraki RMA request

Log a call quoting the serial number of the unit and they will organise an advance replacement product to be shipped to you via Priority UPS within 1 business day.

What is your returns Policy?

Goods can be returned for a full refund if you are unsatisfied with the products for any reason.  All returns must meet the following criteria:

  • You purchased the product through Cloudmanagedwifi
  • You are the original purchaser of the product
  • You submit your refund request within 30 days of purchase
  • The product is in new condition, including all accessories in the original packaging

    To request a refund, please complete Meraki's RMA form here and also email us at sales at cmwf.com notifying us of your RMA lodgement.

    Please do not ship the goods back to Cloudifi - we will notify you where to ship them after we have processed your request.

    Your refund will be issued by us once the goods are received by Meraki and the RMA is approved.  This process can take around 4-6 weeks.

    How can I cancel my order? 

    You may cancel your order any time before it has shipped from Meraki (up to 12 hours after order placement will usually catch most orders) by simply emailing or calling and notifying us that you wish to cancel the order.
